THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE TRIED TO POST THIS, WHAT ARE YOU SISSYS AFRAID OF, THE TRUTH? GROW SOME BALLS AND POST THIS!

I just marvel at how stupid Sincy fans really are. You whine and whine about Mke Brown, Marvin etc, yet you still buy the tickets, merchandise, and go to the events sponsored by these idiots. Here's the two biggest factors that make you folks the most clueless fans in the NFL.
1.Mike Brown is a genius, Who Dey Heads are morons and here is why: He owns a business where he actually may make more money if his product sucks. If he has poor players, he spends less on them, stays under the cap, and pockets that money. In the meantime, he collects his share (The same as every other owner) of the multi billion dollar tv contracts, merchandise, and 40% of the gate at visiting stadiums. All this is pocketed and for him to spend to the cap, would mean taking money directly out of his coffers. And why should he? Even if you do not come to the games, he still makes a killing because of revenue sharing in the NFL. In other words, Mikey Mike is able to let the other owners like the Rooneys, Jones, Bowlen and others who spend to the cap, make the league exciting and competitive, do the heavy lifting while he sits back and profits from the popularity and brand building work of others in the business. He is the highest form of parasite in the NFL. Oh yeah, we built him a stadium with the money we make honestly.
2. I was talking to Mark as early as Sept 2006 about how bad this team is and how overrated, and headed for disaster it was. To his credit, he concurred with me in private and basically validated what I had been saying, but went on to explain that he could not be too critical (even though he saw the team crashing down before his eyes) because Bengal fans would crucify him. You dumba55 who dey heads were still delusional over the 2005 season. It took until this year (even though you went 8-8 last year) for bengal fans to finally get that their team is terrible, Marvin has no control, and nothing has changed. NOW YOU WANT TO JUMP ON MARK FOR NOT ASKING THE TOUGH QUESTIONS?!?!?!?!?! Get a clue you morons. He should have been asking these questions at the end of the 2005 year when it was obvious that Chad was a bust and a cancer, Marvin had lost control, and there were serious holes in this defense but instead, he balked for fear of the reaction he would get from you all.
Let the reporters challenge your team, when things are bad, but also when things are good or your team will not remain good. Read a Boston paper today and you will never know the Patriots are about to make history. Their media is relentless and stays on the team and coaches with a fervor a smart fan appreciates. Read the Pittsburgh Press today and you'd think the Steelers were 5-10 instead of 10-5!
You all brought this type of mediocrity on yourselves by blindly following this organization, muzzling your media, and basically marching like lemmings to PBS on Sundays.
As I said before, I will say again, this time with proof, validation and confidence:
YOU ARE THE DUMBEST FANS IN FOOTBALL.
3-S

I believe that there is no reason for Carson Palmer to play in the Miami game. What does everyone else think about this issue??

I think we've all sat back and waited for Medieu Williams to become this stud safety but it's never happened. Now it's likely he'll be gone after the season. Any ideas as to why he has never taken the next step????

Bryan Robinson: Did not practice, was busy cleaning out his locker getting out of town early, getting his two footballs signed, and dreaming about playing for an organization that has a clue.

Apparently.

Rudi's performance this year has been awful. Every time we are handing the ball to him we are literally wasting an offensive down.

But the problem with Rudi DID NOT START this year 2007. It is not his hamstring or the offensive line the origin and cause for his ugly performance. If we examine his performance in 2006, we are going to find the same trend. A guy that cannot produce in the running game simply because is unable to hit the gaps with the quickness and explosiveness necessary to be an efficient back in the NFL. Since 2006 Rudi has been showing the same weakness, a tentative approach when hitting the holes. There is no coincidence in having other running backs consistently getting more yardage per attempt playing under the same offensive line and offensive scheme. In 2006 Rudi had 1.8 yards per attempt less than his teammates. His longest run was a meager 22 yards. Rudi had 341 attempts the whole year to prove me wrong and he didn't. Certainly "yards per attempt" is a better indicator than "total yards" when evaluating the effectiveness of a running back.

A team cannot be successful trying to move the chains with just only two attempts. Specially, when the other team's defense knows you are playing unidimensional because you have to pass to move the chains. Bengals' offense is so predictable that the opposing defensive coordinator is literally getting an assistant in Rudi Johnson. Our biggest problem on offense is the inability to run the ball consistently. And that inability has a name, Rudi Johnson.

Simply put, TWO YEARS IS ENOUGH EVIDENCE to make the right conclusions. Cincinnati needs to look for other alternatives before is too late. The Bengals are paying too much money for so little production. Rudi's cap number for 2007 is $4,750,000.00. After the first 13 weeks, Cincinnati has paid him $3,632,352.00 to get in exchange just 389 yards from his main runner. Every time the team is handing the ball to Rudi, the team is wasting a down getting 2.8 irrelevant yards and wasting $26,145.00. It's painful just to see how the Bengals are allocating resources and insisting in every single game in such wasteful attempts.

The salary cap number for Kenny Watson is just 17% of Rudi's cap number. If we add Kenny Irons' cap number to the equation (13% of Rudi's cap number) we get just 30% of Rudi's cap number. Certainly, the production you can get from both players might represent a much better RETURN ON INVESTMENT. You don't have to wait a third consecutive year to realize what is obvious since last year. You need to take different actions in order to expect different results.

Sincerely,
Ricky
Orlando, FL

Who Dey Head Hunter, I missed you buddy, You must have more free time now that you’re on winter break from school. I will say this about you head hunter, you truly have a gift. A gift of making everybody who reads anything you write feel better about themselves. As bad as life can get, and as down as people can feel, they read something from you and think, "at least I'm not that guy"

Have you ever seen someone dedicate so much time to something they hate? Not only to take the time to write that novel, but then keep trying and trying and trying to get it posted. You have way too much time on your hands.

Did you come up with the 3S thing yourself? Wow you must be really smart. And the way you changed the "c" in cincy to and "s" Pure Genius

Thank you for finally posting my rant. Kudos to the moderator.

Mark, Paul, Kevin (Post), and all the rest of the local sports media:
Please use this last two years as a learning experience. Take an honest, long hard look at the coverage you guys provide and really try to ask yourselves the hard questions like, did we really report what we saw, heard, or even felt about this team? I am sure that with your unfettered access to the team, you were privvy to things we never heard about, and had an idea this team was headed for trouble long ago. If you didn't, then you are frauds as football folks because I could see it coming more than a year and a half ago and I haven't set foot anywhere near Mike Brown's Clowntown. Did you ask the hard questions? Even though they were not answered, you still have to pound them in. Think of it, if you would have been writing features about how unprofessional and chaotic this team is as early as last year, yes you would have gotten a lot of slack from the who dey heads, but you would look like a genius at this point, like me. I kept telling Mark to write what he needed to and explain to the fans that it is his job to keep the GALS honest. He balked for good reason. Daugherty also recvd my rants about how stupid it was for him to write a book with CJ, especially one that avoids some of the hard topics like all of CJ's kids and other less than flattering items.
Again, if you did not see this coming as early as Fall of '06, then you are not a football guy. You should have seen this, especially with your close proximity to the team. Like I said, I saw it coming and I never got within a mile of this team. If you did see it coming, then you need to reflect upon your reporting for the last two years. Smoke and mirrors offense with silly gimmicks (Hurry up offense, Carson taking a knee after trying to draw someone offsides is the silliest, weakest shit in football and nobody else does it), Star players afraid to take hits or not showing up for big games, player selfishness, lack of focus, and the paasing game is just terribly overrated (timing patterns to spare CJ going over the middle). Not to mention the defense that STARTS several players who were cut from other teams (and not for salary cap reasons). All this leads to the rest of the league figuring out how to shut down this "prolific" "High powered" offense. If you guys had true football smarts (which you may) you would have seen all these issues at the start of last year. REPORT REPORT REPORT and don't worry about the fans. These new fans, drawn by the spectacle of silly that is CJ and the whole clown show, are probably more schooled on WWE than football anyway. The real smart fan, the true football folks in this city (like me) left the GALs in the 90's and have been replaced with a group of fans that are new to the game, don't really get it, so they actually believe things like CJ is good for the team, and that Brad Johanssen is a good radio play by play guy. They don't know any better.
SO TEACH THEM!

Head Hunter, that is hilarious that you spend all that time waiting for you post to show up and then get upset when it doesn't. What's it like not having a life, or anything to do ALL DAY?

I think Rudi needs to go. He had a great year last year but I think we are seeing the real Rudi now. He is getting paid way too much for being out-rushed by Watson. I say start Watson from now on and hope for Irons and/or Perry to help next season. Watson had good numbers when he actually given the ball a lot during a game.

Cincinnati, we have a problem. We need to make lots of cuts this offseason, but nobody has the balls to do it. Get ready for another 7-9 year next year.

head hunter,
If you say Mike Brown is smart because the less he spends the more he makes, then he's not a very bright guy. If you look at what the Bengals paid in regards to the salary cap, you'll notice that they've been near or over the cap every year since going to PBS. And this year they are almost $2 milion over the cap, which means they'll have almost $2 million less to be able to spend next year.
The problem isn't that Mike Brown is cheap. The problem is talent in both who they draft and who the coaches are.

How sad Head Hunter is at home waiting and waiting for his post to appear (probably took him 5 days to type it) Then getting more and more angry when it doesn't. Finally it appears and he waste yet more of his time writing a thesis on a topic he could care less about. That is so sad its funny.
