Does anybody know what is the most underclassmen ever to declare? This seems like a lot and I have to believe that some of them will go undrafted. Also seems like most take a little longer to develop. Unless your drafting a real stud or you are just taking a flier on someone (like the Bengals can't afford to do) there is a considerable risk. Reggie Bush was a "can't miss" and I think to date he has been a wasted 1st pick.

Bush was the 2nd pick and had a great year last year.

He was in a "sophomore slump" this year with an injury.

It's a good thing with the expanded draft that the Bengals have a small scouting trust and that the real lead on draft information is the son of a man (Tobin) who had 15 minutes of fame with the Bears...With Mike and Duke why don't we have more nepotism? It really is a road to super success.

Look how many players drafted by the Bengals are still in the league - Mike was so wise to use that to evaluate success...forget the impact, stats and win/loss record, the Bengal draft picks are still in the league. We Rock!

We Rock?? Are you kidding me?? Wakeee Uppp People!! Heres A Stat To Remember,of the 5 yrs,and this is Marvins tenure,of the 5 yrs of the Draft,11 people have become starters,17 have become back ups,5 are on other teams,10 are completely out of the league, now think,if you wanna believe Marvins way on building the team on the Draft,15 people which is a over a 1/3 of the people hes drafted, didnt even make the cut,and 11 are starters, divide that by 5,thats "2" players a year??? And We Rock??? Pathetic Thinking,This team needs a Total Wash, bring a bunch a FA's that are even average talent, and see the difference,IF Marvin wants to LISTEN to what hes saying, its pretty "Stale" around here the las 5yrs,that should say "your way of thinking on building thru the draft" is NOT working out,The Stats I Just Gave All Dont Lie!! WAKE UPPP ALLL!!

If I told you to just work on 1 thing, the front 7 people on defense,to make this team alot better, wouldnt that be a simple task for even a caveman could do Marvin Lewis?

I don't think by Reggie Bush-standards he's yet had a great year. And there is less expectation he should even be a starting back.

These guys on this list should go finish their college years. Only a rarity might prove ready for pro and most will likely ruin their long term chances.

Mark,

DE Johnny Dingle is projected to get picked in the 4th or 5th round. Do you think the Bengals would pick him if hes available?
