I say rest them all, lets see what some second team players can do. The season is a washout, let's "play for the pick."
The Browns/Blackburns need to start managing the franchise to win, not to save money. This looks like a cheapo enterprise.

If the Bengals organization had a real GM and a real scouting department, Jackson would be a Bengal and the rest would be history. Like in a real running game to go with the passing game. Oh well, what's another decade, or two, of not winning with this organization?

Keep hearing, well lets play for a good draft spot (i.e. just lose)

The Bengals have had good draft spots for the last 17 years! Look what that got us.

Yep, we'll get another high draft spot (that person will sit out camp, get overpaid, injured, out for the year.)
