Lewis to Cowher: Thank you

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis this afternoon released a statement marking the resignation of Bill Cowher as coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Lewis, like Cowher, a Pittsburgh-area native, was linebackers coach on Cowher's first Steelers staff from 1992-95.

“I want to thank Bill for all he’s done for me," Lewis said. "It has been a privilege to coach with him and against him. I wish all the best for him and his family with whatever the future holds.”

I like Cowher but I'm glad he left Pittsburg. The Steelers owned the Bengals under his reign.

Hopefully, Cowher will be willing to now teach Marvin Lewis some of his secrets/lessons to Game Clock and Game Strategy Managment. Marvin won't listen to anybody else.

Yes, the Indy Star reported Friday that DeDe Dorsey was arrested for possessing a firearm without a permit. Apparently, the traffic stop leading to the arrest took place on I-465 early Wednesday a.m. Dorsey has been on the Colts 53 man roster all season, but has seen duty mostly on special teams.
