Alumni watch; remembering PB

The Bengals will hold their annual player alumni dinner tonight.

Wide receiver Isaac Curtis, safety Robert Jackson and cornerback Ray Griffin were among the former Bengals players at rookie minicamp practice this afternoon. It was moved inside Paul Brown Stadium on the artificial turf because of steady rain.

Former Bengals offensive lineman Dave Lapham, who watched from the cover of the stadium tunnel, was there, too.

Minicamp reminded Lapham of training camp, which reminded him of what former coach Paul Brown would say to players in the first team meeting.

"Training camp is not a hardship. We feed you. We exercise you. You sleep well at night. It is not a hardship."

Here's one vote for forgetting all about Paul Brown & taking his name off "our" stadium.
His son has disgraced the name.

J. D. Brown
