Rosters must trim to 75 by 4 p.m. Tuesday

ATLANTA -- Coach Marvin Lewis hinted after the loss to the Falcons that the Bengals might cut deeper than the required 75-player roster limit Tuesday because the 53-man deadline follows quickly Saturday.

The Bengals had 79 players on their roster entering the game Monday night.

I know it's a preseason game but I think the Bengals are in for a long season. They don't seem to be able to stop anyone and have no outside running game plus Johnson (backup QB) looks awful. Chris Henry is a stud!

I really hope I'm over-reacting.

If we can't compete against Joey Harrington we are in a whole lot of trouble. Not to mention the bigger distractions the Falcons are dealing with right at the moment. And they still whooped on us. Who are we, the Bengals or the Bungals again? I'm putting everyone on notice, Marvin, Chad, Carson, and every single individual on defense. You better tighten it up or this will be a horrible season. The way we played you'd think we lost our franchise QB. Where's the focus?
