Browns get an `A' grade for drafting LT Thomas
It doesn't matter who else the Browns take in the draft; they scored an "A" by taking Joe Thomas to line up beside Eric Steinbach. The run game will be better with Jamal Lewis. The pass game will be better with Charlie Frye now getting some protection.
Brady Quinn would have been the second coming of Tim Couch -- system quarterback from a strong college offense.
Picking Thomas makes the Browns better, which is bad news for the Bengals.

Woah there Mark. Quinn's offense wes decent, but I wouldn't call it strong. As a ND student, I've gotten to watch our offense every week, and ND does not have the offensive talent people are ready to attribute to them. McKnight runs horrible routes and dogs on many plays. He is no where close to the boost that Stoval was last year. Our Left Tackle, Ryan Harris, who was supposed to be an all american this year, was horrible. The rest of the line suffered from injuries and graduation. Samardzija was the only real offensive threat for Quinn (although Walker was very good as a reciever... but only occasionally as a RB).
Brady quinn is a lot better than you give him credit, and its sad to see him drop past the Dolphins.
^^ I agree Mark. As a Bengals fan, I was happy to see them take Thomas instead of a Quinn or Peterson. Thomas will be a good player, but you need a stud QB in a division FILLED with them.
Quinn's a Brown now... nice coup by Savage
