Jags trade up from 28, take DE Harvey
The Jaguars moved up to No. 26 to eighth to select Florida defensive end Derrick Harvey.
The Bengals now have their choice from linebacker Keith Rivers, cornerback Leodis McKelvin and Illinois running back Rashard Mendenhall.
