Bengals wasting long drives on FGs
Shayne Graham kicked a 45-yard field goal with 2:49 remaining in the first quarter to put the Bengals up 6-0. It came at the end of an eight-play, 47-yard drive. The Bengals could not convert a second down and three to go at the New England 22-yard line. After an incomplete pass intended for tight end Reggie Kelly, the Bengals were penalized five yards for having 12 men in the huddle.
