L-U-C-K-Y

Two int's by defensive linemen and four fumble recoveries. Wasn't pretty. It was a win. Lots of questions.

Chad and TJ combined for 14 catches. Rudi caught three. No one else with more than one.

Who's going to run the ball behind Rudi?

Do the Bengals really want to rely on this defense to win games?

Special team? Yikes.

Defense gets a day off and a gift card to Applebee's.

Chad, T.J., Carson - see y'all at practice. 5AM.

A win is a win. Questioning the offense against a Baltimore D. I may as well be reading the Lexington Herald Leader. As a Bengals fan, I will relish this big win, have fun watching us take it to Cleveland next week, and count the weeks until we get Perry off PUP and Henry back.

If anything else, we need to worry about special teams, not the Offense.

Can't we just be excited for a few minutes that we won?? Sheesh.

Mark,

I agree, there are some big concerns..primarily the running game, and consistant special teams play.

That being said, the Bengals were facing a tough team, and sometimes good teams find a way to win; even with a little luck!

The one thing that makes the NFL different than college ball and even high school.... style points aren't involved.
Thank God.

Special teams were not special tonight. They have a long way to go. Tthe offensive line really had problems with recognizing what the Ravens were doing. Big lessons learned. Need to play much better next week at Cleveland.

That win was fool's gold. 'Lucky' is right on the money Mark.

Robert Geathers didn't intercept that pass. Plain and simple.

The Ravens turned it over SIX times and yet the Bagels barely won. Check the stats, I'll betcha when an NFL team turns it over more then three times they lose by an average of 17 points.

The Bengals have a chance to make the playofffs this season only because the division is no good. Baltimore will not be able to score points with frail McNair at the helm. The Browns stink and the Steelers are probably mediocre.

No way anyone from the AFC North can take down the Colts or the Pats.

We'll find out soon if this defense is as bad as I fear it might be.

You people are just as bad as Reds fans, can't enjoy a thing...how'd that terrible Colts run defense do last year? Or a Steeler's team that was unremarkable at best before that? Win your games however you can, make the playoffs, and make some noise. And if you want to call it luck doesn't that go both ways? How bout the last two losses of last year? How about Carson against Pittsburgh in the playoff game? I don't want to be mean spirited about it but come on, watch the games and don't complain when your team wins, most games are decided by luck.

You know,, Cincinnati Fans suck,,, I have been here 44 years and you all have a way to look at every single thing in a negative manner. Why don't you learn how to enjoy a win. A huge win on top of that. LUCKY my butt,, we played the #1 defense and your crying because of HOW we won.. you all should become Browns fans to keep up with your crappy attitude. My Bengals won in great fashion. Defense, and the offense will be fine, try to enjoy the rest of the year, but with attitudes like I read here you wouldn't know fun and good if it was given to you. Gee I hope we squeak past the Browns.

That's just like most of the "Bandwagon Bengal fans", always something negative to say even when this team wins.

Go be a fan of another team, if you can't be happy that the Bengal's won for crying out loud. We don't need your negativity here! And take Mark Curnette with you. Shame on you, Mr. Curnette!

Only you can find faults against the Bengals, even after a win! I'm glad Indy, Pats, Chargers fans don't sit around and critique whether their team's win is a "pretty one" or ugly one", they seem to be just happy with the fact that they win.

With the "clouds of doom" and lackluster loyalty that many people here in this city have displayed over the years, it may be best for you to get out of town! Your attitude is sure not needed here!

The Bengals need to find themselves a better running back and by that i mean one that will run the ball up the middle instead of running to the sideline for a gain of one yard. the only reason he has big rushing yard games is because when the Bengals are up by like 20 at the end of the game they hand the ball off to him and the defense is tired and can't stop him as well, he doesn't find the hole and should not be starting for the bengals. we need somebody who will run the ball for gains of at least four yards a play not one.
