Bengals set shutout record on defense
As of the early fourth quarter, the Bengals set a franchise record by going 111:17 without allowing a point. The previous record was 110:02 during three October games in 1980.
The Bengals have not allowed a point in seven consecutive quarters, topping the previous mark of six quarters in a row during those three October 1980 games.

Keep banging those drums baby!
That should be 8 quarters of shutout football. That was offensive pass interference. I also think Dave Lapham jinxed it on the radio by already proclaiming 2 straight shutout games.
But we can't get picky- WHOOO DEY?
Oficiating has been TERRIBLE throughout the league all year. When are they going to hold referees accountable for such bad calls? Missed Challenge flags, Calling penalties when there were none, not calling blatant penalties, the list goes on and on. The NFL needs to impliment some sort of legitimate accountability program for the ref's!
