First quarter ends in scoreless tie
TAMPA, Fla. -- The Bengals and Buccaneers are tied at 0 at the end of the first quarter.
Tampa Bay will punt on the first play of the second quarter.
The Bengals offensive line in struggling. The offense had 18 pass yards and 0 rush yards in the first quarter.
Cornerback Tory James, who missed a tackle in the open field, appeared to have intercepted a Bruce Gradkowski pass. But the pick was overturned on review because the ball bounced before James took possession.
