Palmer done for night with three TD passes
Carson Palmer played four series, deep into the second quarter. He was 9-for-14 passing for 140 yards, three touchdowns, no interceptions and a passer rating of 136.9. He also endured three hits without incident.
All in all, barring post-game complications, the night could not have gone better for Palmer and the Bengals.
Palmer had a baseball cap on at the two-minute warning, and the second-team offensive line was preparing to enter the game.
They led 31-0 with two minutes remaining in the first half.
One more injury of note, Bengals wide receiver T.J. Houshmandzadeh -- five receptions for 96 yards, including a 33-yard touchdown -- has a bruised heel. His return is questionable.

I've been watching on ESPN, but thanks for these posts. I'm not big on pre-season, but this was a big game, and I'm glad to see Carson and the rest of the team play so well.
Congratulations to Carson, and the Bengals for a very solid performance. Just one word sums it all up: WOW!
Bring on the regular season.
